public class HelpMenu
extends JMenu

Provides an "About" box and help for using the ProteinShader program.

The desktop default web browser will be launched to open up the help html files.

HelpMenu

Constructs a HelpMenu.

Parameters:

mediator - the centralized Mediator that most listeners need to call on to accomplish their task.

dialogOwner - the owner of any Dialogs opened from menu (or null if there is no owner).

Opens an AboutBox with a message about this program. If the image file given as an argument to the AboutBox constructor cannot be found, a simple JOptionPane will be opened instead.

openWebBrowserToLocalHelp

Opens the default web browser and loads the HELP_FILE html page in the help directory.

openWebBrowserToSourceForgeSite

Opens the default web browser to the HelpMenu.SOURCEFORGE_WEB_SITE.

openGraphicsCardInfoDialogBox

public void openGraphicsCardInfoDialogBox()

Opens a JOptionPane with a short summary of info on the graphics card. The Renderer stores info on the graphics card (and version of OpenGL) when the init() method of the Renderer is called.
